This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. It should be read alongside the cookie statement.

Who we are

Coltella Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 10894285, is the data controller. Our registered office is Unit 32a, Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, Watchfield, Swindon, SN6 8TZ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZA825725.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use this to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps before entering a contract with you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person; Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser to do this. We do not store form submissions on this website. They are sent to our enquiries mailbox and kept for 12 months.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, records technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the service secure and available. These logs are kept for 90 days.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking on this website.

Who we share it with

• Microsoft (Azure hosting and email delivery), under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile), under its data processing terms.

We do not sell personal data. We transfer it outside the UK only with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at support@coltellait.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We review this notice at least once a year. The date at the top shows the last change.
